Green Days Vegetarian thread?

I'm veggie and do just green days so I'll join!

What sort of veggie meals do you cook? I am looking for another 2-3 recipes to learn before I go back to work after Xmas. I do a lot of chilli, spag bol, other pasta dishes with tomatoey sauces, stir frys etc. Also veg/potatoes with an omelette or Quorn fillet. Need a bit more variety now!

I also do green days. I like lots of curry and pasta or different dals and rice. Also like the SW chips and mushy peas. I make a lot of veg and bean soups for dinner.
