Hello everyone!
Thought I'd keep track of my meal plans by posting them here.
Breakfast (11PP):
Big bowl of Kellogg's Cornflakes (yum!) 5PP
Soya Milk 2PP
Genesis Crafty Lemon and Raisen Pancake 4PP
Lunch (10PP)
Waitrose Butternut Squash and Tarragon Soup 7PP
Alpro Soya Smooth Chocolate pot 3PP
Tea (8 PP):
Home made vegetable "hot pot" - makes amount 4 portions so I'll have some for lunch the next day.
Garlic & small onion fried with Fry Light. Added a small amount of Agave Organic sweetener (1PP), then added a lil water and added 5 cherry tomatoes chopped. Kept on the heat until the tomatoes had broken down into a sauce.
In a pot added (all nice organic veggies):
5 Asparagus spears
3 carrots
1 kallo veggie stock cube
3 large mushrooms chopped into large chunks
A handful of spinach
Half a brocolli
1 sweet potato chopped into chunks (4PP)
A lil splash of dark soy sauce
Salt / pepper
(I also added peppers because I love them!)
Added the tomatos, garlic and onions to the pot and added water. Pot in oven at 150c to slow cook for usually at least an hour until the veggies are cooked.
Served with Couscous (60g 6PP)
Snack - Banana
Total - 29pp PHEW!
Exercise for today: 30 Day Shred (Level 1).
