Hello everyone!

Thought I'd keep track of my meal plans by posting them here.

Breakfast (11PP):

Big bowl of Kellogg's Cornflakes (yum!) 5PP
Soya Milk 2PP
Genesis Crafty Lemon and Raisen Pancake 4PP

Lunch (10PP)

Waitrose Butternut Squash and Tarragon Soup 7PP
Alpro Soya Smooth Chocolate pot 3PP

Tea (8 PP):

Home made vegetable "hot pot" - makes amount 4 portions so I'll have some for lunch the next day.

Garlic & small onion fried with Fry Light. Added a small amount of Agave Organic sweetener (1PP), then added a lil water and added 5 cherry tomatoes chopped. Kept on the heat until the tomatoes had broken down into a sauce.

In a pot added (all nice organic veggies):
5 Asparagus spears
3 carrots
1 kallo veggie stock cube
3 large mushrooms chopped into large chunks
A handful of spinach
Half a brocolli
1 sweet potato chopped into chunks (4PP)
A lil splash of dark soy sauce
Salt / pepper
(I also added peppers because I love them!)

Added the tomatos, garlic and onions to the pot and added water. Pot in oven at 150c to slow cook for usually at least an hour until the veggies are cooked.

Served with Couscous (60g 6PP)

Snack - Banana

Total - 29pp PHEW! :)

Exercise for today: 30 Day Shred (Level 1).

Woke up quite late!

Breakfast (mid day jobbie!) - 12 PP

Oats so Simple Golden Syrup Porridge - made with 75ml Soya Milk - 5 PP
2 Crumpets with Philidelphia light spread 7PP

Dinner (15PP)
Singapore Noodles - 5PP
ASDA Green Thai curry paste - 4PP
Waitrose Half fat Coconut Milk - 4PP
Stir Fry Veg - 2 PP
Sugar Peas and Baby Sweetcorn - OPP

Snacks 4PP
Homemade Mango Sorbet - 2PP
WW Chocolate Roll - 2PP

Total = 29 PP
 
Another day, another crumpety brekkie!

Breakfast -
Two Crumpets
Small amount of phili light (5PP)

Lunch
Didn't really fancy full food so had
Lizi's Granola 7PP
Soya Milk 2PP

Dinner
Thai Veggie Noodles 13 PP

Snacks
Nakd Chocolate Delight 4PP
Mango Sorbet 2PP

Total 33 PP
 
Pretty bad day today, woke up 11am, was sorting out bank issues until 4pm :(

So my evening meal consisted of

- Hovis Best of Both - 1 slice = 3PP
- Chippy chips :) - 11 PP
- 1 Tesco Strawberry and Cream Scone 8PP
- Nature's Harvest bar - 5PP

Total = 27PP

WORTH IT :)
