I started online with SW on 16 January and so far I have only lost 3kgs. I am sticking to the plan but feel so disheartened by it all. I appreciate it can take time but I lost the first few weeks, then stayed the same, put on, lost a bit etc. I've read so many stories about how easy it falls off people and they're so happy with the new way of life but I don't understand why it's not working for me.
I'm a veggie, I am not having huge piles of pasta or spuds, plenty of fruit and veg.
A typical day is:
1 x banana & 1 x no fat yogurt
60g of brown bread with 1 x Laughing Cow triangle.
Salad with balsamic vinegar, jacket spud, 1 x Baby Belle cheese and 2 x Laughing Cow triangle.
Noodles and stir fry veg, fry light for stir fry.
Healthy Extras 2 x Baby Belle, 3 x Laughing Cow triangles, 30g brown bread
2 apples
Syncs 1 4 finger Kit Kat 11.5 Syncs.
I can also get hold of Philly Light here and weigh it religiously!
Any idea what I'm doing wrong? I am currently on day 7 of Jillian Michael's 30 day Shred and am getting better at it each day so that's a positive at least!
Any ideas would be really appreciated, I live in Bulgaria at the moment so there's no local meeting! I got Fry Light from a UK food supplier here and can't get hold of Quorn.
