taking one day at a time
large pan off water 2oxo cubes
then add all your low cal veggies ,carrots onion ,green cabbage ,some canned tomatoes ,garlic herbs I added chillis up to 200 ca s get aboout 6 bowls to snack on when hungry ,very filling

Great idea because you can vary the vegetables to your favourites. Yum yum and really satisfying especially when the weather is a bit chilly.
 
I have been making a pot most down days really enjoy it :p
 
I've just discovered The World Cancer Research Fund web site and they have LOADS of low calorie recipes for 200 - 300 calories. The one I'm eating now is their carrot, lentil and butternut squash soup. It really is yummy and I added some extra parsnip and chilli to give it a bit more oomph.

Now it's growing colder and more wintry you can't go wrong with soup can you - even on a UD!
