Venison Mince

Does anyone have any ideas on what I could make with this...I'm a bit stuck today?

Also I take it, minus any fat, this will be free as it's very lean?

Tried it with bolognase and it was yum...the meatballs look tasty, might try that for tonight. Thanks for the info Circles, hardly any fat came off it when I fried it so I'm happy that it's free xx

try the "donner kebab meat" recipe that's a bit lower down..

Thanks Coljack will definitely be trying that too....I made venison burgers and honestly was the best burger I have had in ages!
