versitile and quick creamy garlic sauce


1/2 Pint of Chicken Stock/Chicken OXO x2
1/2 Tub Quark
Garlic and Herb Seasoning
Water to desired consistency


Add Stock and Quark to pot mix to a smooth paste and add herbs and spices simmer for a few mins and thats all there is to it.....

As you can see this is a very fast and easy to make sauce that is ideal for many different uses keep it thick to stick to spaghetti or have it a little runny to use as a pour over garnish.

We used it to pour over chicken cake and it was the juices from that which we used as our stock base.

Add bacon to make a delish carbonara sauce.....
