VERTIGO

Here we go again, another question which I hope someone can answer.
Has anone suffered vertigo whilst being on the diet??
Thats not dizziness thats different, vertigo is where the whole room etc spins and it happens when i try and lay down, not been able to get to sleep, its the first time I have had it (well apart from when I was a bit younger and was getting drunk lol)
Any help would be appreciated.

I do get vertigo as I have menieres disease. Horrible isn't it.

Very unlikely to be diet related though. You really need to get checked out with the Dr.

I have suffered from dizziness for years so know the difference and I feel for you as you have had it worse, I have booked a phone consult with my gp for this morning so hopefully I will get some answers.
Do you find it worse when you lie down, my right side is affected worse??

Dunno. When I get it, I can only lie down anyway. Try and stand or sit and I fall.

Fortunately it does send me to sleep, or the dr comes out and gives me a jab to send me off. I rarely get it these days thank goodness.

I would imagine your dr will want to see you to check your ears. It's usually an inner ear problem that can often be treated with tabs.
