Was struggling to think of a way of jazzing up some left over deli chicken for lunch and tried this.

Half a tub of 0% greek yoghurt
2 teaspoons tandoori spice mix (or any other mild curry powder I guess)
1 teaspoon sweet chilli sauce
1 teaspoon Splenda

I mixed them up together in a bowl then mixed in the chicken. Warmed it all up in the mic and had it with some salad leaves and couscous.

Absolutely yummy. And unless there are syns in the tandoori mix that I don't know about it's just 0.5 syns for the sweet chilli sauce.

i loved my turkey version of it although think chicken may work better, i was shocked about amount of fat that came out of my so called healthy living turkey and just seperated from the meal in the dish ewwww. defo go for chicken next time.
