    Yes! At last week one done ? and 8lbs off yay I'm soo happy but I've still got 3st 13lbs to go

    Hiya all I'm doing CD ss and finding it ok at the mo but struggling with drinking the water recommended!

    I can do this I know I can, is there anyone else on here that has around 4-5stones to loss and is 5"7 or has lost and can inspire/motivate me with your wise words and amazing pics!

    Well done hun, you've done fab, i started on CD today, i've been filling my jug to 1 litre with every shake i have (i'm on 4 a day as i'm 6ft) so i try and drink the water along with my shake this way i feel fuller for longer :) keep up the good work x

    Hi I'm 5'6 and was 15 st 1lb. I did ww for a while lost 37lb but put some back on so started cd today want another 1 or 2 stone off if possible. Bout 11.5 - 12 st I think. U can do it. Everyone's pics on here r fab. X

    Thank you girls I really appreciate your support! kels_85 I'm feeling really depressed today I'm starving don't know why :-(
    I'm still in ketosis but mild (the 3rd pink line) I was on the 5th line two days ago! I've had my 4 packs of my CD stuff but still hungry! Also finding it very difficult to not pick when cooking meals for my daughter and husband I didn't give into temptation today but I'm worried I might one day!
    Has anyone gone on the 810 and still lost loads of weight like the ss

    From lookin at pple comments on ss+ the loss dies seem to be slower but have never done it so don't know for certain. stick a pic up of u skinny or of how ud like to be on the cooker (obviously not near a flame!!!) That might help. I've been dreaming of pizza this morn!!!!good luck, u can do it, just think of the days uv done n u won't want to spoil that good work X

    I have never in my life used a ketosis stick!! If your not cheating your in ketosis!! They will only put you on a downer like today, and make you question yourself! You have been 100% so must be in ketosis!
    I still have down days now and I'm nearly on my 8th week now!!
    You will get bad days, angry days, and depressed days, but they honestly do pass! I was only saying this morning too my Mum that I really don't want food anymore! I don't ever feel hungry and I'm past the stage of wanting too eat - Just because foods there! I'm not hungry, so shouldn't want too eat. I think I've finally conquered my binging stage :)
    As the days go by, you will honestly feel better! For each day your 100% write yourself a little note of how proud you are for doing so well! It might be seen as bragging by some people, but like I have said in my diary - why shouldn't we brag? I really find writing down how well I have done each day helps, so maybe give that a try?
    The first couple of weeks, you will feel like picking because it's normal routine, you have to get yourself out of that routine and into a new one - Try having your shakes at the same time for everyday. That can also help you when it comes too maintaining your weight loss.

    My Grandad died last Thursday, and obviously I was upset, and really felt like binging on pizza and wine, instead I decided to do the 810 plan for the weekend, and that honestly helped me. So if you are feeling real bad, maybe you could do 810 at the weekends? I ate on Saturday and Sunday and didn't put a lb on when I weighed myself Monday morning. I know that on average doing SS 100% you loose a stone a month, and I think doing 810 you loose 12lb a month. Maybe if you really are feeling hungry, instead of cheating and ruining all your hard work so far you could go up too the 810 plan. It's worth it if you do feel as though your gonna cheat. Plus it's only 2lb a month in difference too the SS results.

    Maybe you could try and stick SS out for a week or so, just too see if te hunger pains ease off, which they should by then. I'm back SS'ing now for another 2 weeks, then I have too go onto the 810 plan for good as my BMI will be under 25 by then.
    I will say that when I did eat at the weekend, I didn't have a feeling of satisfaction, the chicken Saturday and omelette on Sunday wasn't great, I couldn't wait too get back on my shakes and bars :)

    Good luck with your decision, the goods overshadow the bads on this diet big time ;-) I know you can do it, you just have too believe you can do it too xxx

    Thank you soooo much for your support I took pics if myself yesterday and I really dislike what I see so I'm not going to give into temptation and lose this weight I need to lose at least 4st and 8lbs so that should be gone by 5months :D

    You can do it veve if u put ur mind to it, 5 months is not far away, come august u can sap up that sun and wear wat ever u like and feel confident :)

    im soo glad i found this forum, where has it been:) i just came across it like few weeks ago but I know its def gonna help me with getting to my target quicker because seems like everyones really helping each other by giving advice and talking to one another. good luck to all of ya xxx

    Use the pictures too give you a bit of a boost, every couple of weeks, take new pictures of yourself!! I have done the same thing. It's nice too look back and see how well you have done!
    You will loose the weight by August, and be ready for all the lovely summer dresses ;-) xxx

    My weigh was this morning and I've lost 5lbs yaaaay :D

    I'm soooo happy next week I'm definitely getting that stone as I've only got 2lbs to a stone! That will be a stone + in 3 weeks I love CD!
