Anyone used one, I have just bought one with resistance bands.

Any tips or experiences? Did it tone you up?

I've used one in a gym a while back. Have seen cheap versions online for sale - some as little as £100! Would these have the same effects? I'm doubtful...

Be good to hear some positive reviews if there are any...!

I use one at the gym primarily for stretching and massage after my workout. Great for the calves!
