    Hi, last week i purchased a power plate to help me tone up and for help with my sciatica and lower back pain, I only lost 2 1/2 lbs this week, my muscles have been aching like I have been weight lifting.
    Do you think that my small loss this week is due to gaining some muscle????

    Yeah its great, I have been aching all over so it is defo working, I go on just standing on it when my sciatica is bad and it gives me pain releif for about an hr which is great but ive been doing excersises on it and can really feel it working :) x
