You will have loads of fun!
I hired one for 1 month and it goes back tomorrow, so tonight is my last time on it.
I have certainly toned up...make sure you measure yourself as it is a great boost.

I havent measured for the past week, but will do tonight and then post...to date, I had lost about 10" all over, although not sure if that was the plate or LT.

It is a fab machine though!!!

    have fun

Can I ask where you hired it from? I think I would prefer to hire one first and then maybe buy one.

That's great Scotsmist, thanks for the info. It's nice to hear from someone who has actually used it and it worked. Measuring yourself is a good idea, spurs you on to keep using it and to stop it turning into a clothes horse!

It's not too long until it comes Claire. I think I'll have a look online tomorrow and read a few reviews.
