Hi everyone, im brand new to this site for posting but i have been looking at alot of your food diaries etc which have been great for inspiration and ideas :)

My name is vicki (bet u wouldnt have guessed ;) ) and i started ww just under a month ago. My starting weight was 13st 1lbs and i have lost 5lbs in total in the past 3 weigh ins . My points total is 29.

Please feel free to correct me with any mistakes i make with point as im sure there will be loads and also to say hi

So anyway here is my food today so far...

Breakfast
2 x pears - 0pp
1/4 pint skimmed milk (for brews) - 1pp

Lunch
Curried butternut squash soup - 0pp
1/2 ham and mustard sandwich - 4pp
WW fromage frais - 1pp
Velvet crunch crisps - 2pp

Dinner
Coventry garden leek & potato soup - 3pp
WW fromage frais - 1pp (could be 2 since ive had another?? )

Snacks
Curly Wurly - 3pp
2 x rich tea bisc - 2pp
ww jaffa mini roll - 2pp

So if my counting is right that gives me 9 or 10 points for when i get home from work tonight. Il prob end up having a bagel but il update tommorrow

snack a jacks - 3pp
1 belvita biscuit - 2pp

so that was 27/28 of my dailies used :)

29/29 dailies used and il no doubt use a fair few of my weeklies tonight but il up date tomorrow

I ended up having a ripple, a packet of snack a jacks and a big glass of wine so i think that is 15 of my weekly points used

Toast with spread - 3pp

a bad day for snacking - thnk god for the weeklies!!!

hi, well done so far but was just wondering where your dinners are?? Do you never eat a dinner. i would be starving following your diary lol. Having said that i havent had my first proper weigh in yet so maybe i am doing it all wrong :)
 
lol yes love i do when im at home but ive been at work the last 3 days and the mod cons there consist of a kettle fridge and microwave and i have to eat and work at the same time usually so its got to be handy :) ive been drinking lots of juice to keep me going.

im gutted i ate the muffin but they smelled so wonderful coming out if the oven. It really wasnt worth it - i ended up sacrificing my lovely valentines meal (pork loin, tatties, yorkshire puds and gravy) all because i have no will power against choc!!(

so i think i have used 29/29pp so far but i doubt il manage not to snack at something else so il be further into my weeklies come tonight. Im feeling really down about my diary - hopefully il have some positive results come thur weigh in *fingers,legs and toes crosses*

If I'm being honest I would say you're not eating enough at meal times which is why you feel the need to snack. Could you take a packed lunch/dinner to work with you? You have a microwave so you could have pretty much anything. Take leftovers from days you've been home and can cook and you'll have a lovely dinner. Cold pasta or rice salads are filling and nutritious and can be eaten on the go. Crackers and cheese with fruit and salad is another option. Hard boiled eggs, jacket potatoes the list is endless :)

Feel free to tell me to shut it though!

I would never tell u to shut up num num - your advice is bang on!!

Its just hard to adjust - life before weight watchers i pretty much snacked through out the day and had a little meal for meal times and i usually skipped breakfast altogether (shocking eating habits really!! :eek:)

I just have to be a bit more organised with my food :D

The last 2 days of food looks so much better :) Do you feel better when you eat like that?

Ha ha i know what u mean honey :D

Yes i do feel much better eating bigger meal. I still want to snack but i have to ask myself am i really hungry and the answer is NO!! :eek:

and its my first day eating out tomorrow on ww. Im off to glasgow tomorrow - i think it will be a frankie and bennies so il stick to the lighter choices menu

Ooo are you Scottish too Vicki? Where abouts do you stay? I'm also on birthday cake making duty today. I'm not even going to try and kid myself that I won't lick the spoon lol. Happy birthday to your little girl x
 
oooo i never noticed u r from scotland :D Im from a small town on the south west coast in dumfries and galloway. Where r u from honey?

We never went to glasgow in the end - we ended up at the cream of galloway in tywnholm .

How are u and ur family feeling now? Ive not had a chance to look at your diary yet il have a good catch up later with everything :)

il post yesterday and today food later - im off to make lunch for my monters....eh i mean lovely children :flirt2:

How lush is the ice cream at the cream of Galloway place- I love it!!!!x
 
I stay in between Perth and Dundee. :)

How did your birthday weekend go? I ate WAY too much cake and will be regretting it tomorrow hehehe

Tani, I've never been there, perhaps I should if the ice cream is so good ... :drool:
