Think I will mostly have green days due to only normally having a tiny amount of meat.

I am starting in the morning and do far my plan is:

Breakfast- 2 wheatabix, teaspoon of caster sugar (1 syn) , skimmed milk

Snack-grapes, blueberries, apple

Lunch: Dolmio Pasta Vita pot (3.5 syns)

Dinner: spinach dhal with rice

Snack:- SW gingerbread, 3.5 syns

I may have another lot of wheatabix as my 2nd HEB, and some cheese as my HEA.

Will drink lots of water anyway, and probably have 4 black coffees.

Total Syns - 8
