Well Im a newbie so thought Id keep a diary of my food, feel free to correct anything Im doing wrong :)

Day 1

Breakfast
- 35g cornflakes-cup of tea
Snack- apple
Lunch- Chicken curry (made from herbs spices tinned toms, mushrooms, onions, peppers and natual fat free yogurt) & bolied basmati rice
Tea- Spag bol (el mince tinned toms and herbs) with dried cooked spaggetti

Healthy Ex A- 250ml ss milk
Healthy EX B- 35g cornflakes
syns- spinkle of grated cheese on my spag bol = 4 syns
Popadom= 3 syns
 
Day 2 (thursday)

Breakfast-
35g branflakes
Lunch- Beany chilli (made with onion, peppers, kidney beans, baked beans, chilli, peas, cumin, herbs, tinned toms) & boiled basmati rice.
Tea- Beany chilli again (it was that nice! lol) with boiled rice and sw chips

Hex A- 250ml ss milk
Hex B- 35g branflakes
syns- 2X 175ml red wine = 12 syns :D
 
Forgot to mention, Im following the Extra Easy plan for thise that didnt know lol
 
Day 3

Breakfast-
35g branflakes
lunch- 1 apple
Tea-
Sirloin steak, sw chips, dry fried mushrooms and onions, pea's.
snack- 6 fishsticks

HEX A- 250ml ss milk
HEX B- 35g branflakes

Syns- 2X 175ml Red wine = 12 :D

Day 4

Breakfast-
Bacon and mushroom sandwich (extra trimmed lean back bacon, dry fried mushrooms, no butter on bread)
Lunch- Apple
Tea- Sw Chicken jalfrezi curry (pepper, mushrooms, onions, cauliflower, potatoe, chicken, herbs and spices, tinned toms) & boiled basmati rice with onion & mint salad side.
Snacks- Fishsticks

HEX A- 250ml ss milk
HEX B- 2 slices of hovis medium sliced white bread
Syns- Brown sauce = 1.5
Poppadom = 4
175ml Red wine = 6
Tsp mint sauce = 0.5
Total syns= 12 :D

Thankyou!! Always good to get some feedback, can sometimes feel like Im eating far to much yummy food to be doing things right lol
 
Sunday (DAY 5)

Breakfast
- Bacon and mushroom sandwich (dry fried mush, extra lean bacon)
Lunch- Fishsticks
Tea- Roast Chicken, dry roasted pots, parsnips, carrots, leek, onion. Sprouts, cabbage.

HEX A- 250ml ss milk
HEX B- 2 slices of hovis medium white bread.
syns- Gravy= 2
Mint sauce= 0.5
Brown sauce = 0.5
Total syns = 3 :D
 
Monday

Breakfast
- 35g branflakes
Snack- mushroom ommlette
Lunch- Left over chicken jalfrezi (sw)
Tea- Spicy Meatballs and spaggetti with a drizzle of fat free natural yogurt.

HEX A- 250ml ss milk
HEX B- 35G Branflakes

Syns- 0
 
Tuesday

Breakfast- 35g branflakes
Lunch- Apple
Tea- Chicken stew

HEX A- 250ml ss milk
HEX B- 35g branflakes

Syns- 1 level tbs of cornflour = 3
 
tuesday weigh in, week 1 = 5.5lbs!! :)
 
Wednesday

Breakfast
- 35g branflakes
Lunch - Left over chicken stew
Snack- More left over stew
Tea- Chilli con carne (el mince) and rice with fat free natural yogurt drizzled over

HEX A- 250 ml ss milk
HEX B- 35g branflakes

SYNS- 175ml red wine = 6
 
Thursday

Breakfast-
35g branflakes
Lunch- Chilli (sw) & rice
Tea- Chicken Jalfrezi (sw) & rice

HEX A- 250 ml ss milk
HEX B- 35g branflakes
Syns- None....yet lol
