Well I am preggers with Baby Number 3!!! This little one was quite a surprise and we hadn't planned on having any more children. I already have 2 sons aged 5years and 16months, so when this 1 arrives we will have quite a housefull! lol
Ooops, Gotta go and change LO's bottom then I'll be back....

Right I'm Back! lol. I was slim up untill AFTER the birth of my baby 16months ago. (I pinged back into shape after the 1st one but really struggled with the 2nd!) I got a bit depressed and binged and went upto around 14 st 7lbs!!! I naturally dropped down to 12st 12lbs then I tried doing weight Watchers on my own at home in Jan this year. I did really well and got down to 11st 7lbs. Then I went on holiday and have struggled to get back on track ever since!!! I put 7lbs back on and when I conceived I weighed 12st exactly. (Better than 14st 7lbs I suppose!)

I had quite bad sickness initially and dropped back down to 11st 9lbs. I am now 18wks and weigh 12st. I'm going to try and log what I eat each day in the hope it will keep me from gaining too much. I would love to try and follow Slimming World but I just don't seem to have the willpower at the mo. If I don't diet then I hope to gain no more than 1st in total throughout my pregnancy.

Sorry I'm rambling on, I just want to log everything down so I remember it.

I wouldn't say ours was a total shock.....we weren't doing anything to stop it, but I have pcos and thought it would take longer, so on that note it was a lovely surprise!

This one really was a surprise as I was on the contraceptive pill. I wasn't sick, didn't take any medication and hadn't missed a single pill so was amazed when I discovered I was preggers! lol My Doctor just said that around 1/2 women in every 100 will fall pregnant on the pill, even if it's taken to the letter, so I guess I'm one of those women! lol It took a bit of getting used, but we are happy now. I really don't mind what sex the baby is and I'm definately gonna find out at the 20week scan.
A. So we know what new things we need to buy and
B. because I'm impatient and just want to know!
Well todays eating was ok....

A bowl of crunchynut clusters and skimmed milk

A (very) small Jacket potato with tuna and lowfat cheese served with salad.

1 Fishfinger,
1/3rd of a pack of Cheese + Broccoli Pasta 'n' sauce made with water,
Carrots, Broccoli + sweetcorn.

WW triple Choc Pud

Water + Diet Coke

Same here, was on the mini pill and had been since my youngest was born (he is now 4), no periods, never missed a pill so when I started getting those tell tale signs I just couldn't believe it.
Your doing well on your 'diet' I have really got to get my head back into it as I am now back to where I started. I hope I will be better when the kids go back to school, hoping to do some gentle swimming then too, but well done you;)

Thursday was a Horrendous Day!!!!!! I had an all day binge..... very bad!!

Dinner was yummy, I love havin lots of veg with my meals and I'm not a huge fan of potatoes, but tend to try and have some form of potato with my meal otherwise I don't feel full up. Probably just physcological as growing up we were a real 3 veg and potato sort of family and Mum drummed it into us that potatoes and bread fill u up! lol.

Drinks are always water and Fanta zero.

Going to attempt a sort of Slimming World type diet. I'm doing it from memory and old books as I can't join a club yet cos my midwife hasn't got back to me regarding permission to diet during pregnancy. I won't be too bothered if I don't stick to it, but I just want to stop any huge weight gain and eat a little more healthily. I also have a wedding to go to today, so not the best day to start! lol

Sat 21st Aug

28g Ready Brek & skimmed milk
Cup of tea

Jacket potato
20g Low fat cheddar
Tablespoon lite salad cream
Huge salad including lettuce, carrot, cucumber, cherry toms, red cabbage & pickled onions
Orange plum tomatoes (yummy!)
Homemade coleslaw.


Evening Buffet
1/4 of a brown bread tuna sandwich
1 x tuna volauvant (sp?)
1 x skinless chicken drumstick

Drinks throught evening
Iced Water
Diet Coke

Ok so diet went out the window, but I think it was a reasonably healthy day!
