you're not meant to have anything with citrus in,so i'd say no.
also your shakes etc will have the recommended daily allowance of all vits and minerals that you need to keep you healthy x

In addition, the fizzy ones have sodium so make you retain fluid. The shakes should suffice for now.

just to confirm, the shakes/soups/flapjacks provide all nutritional needs - you should not need to be taking vitamin supplements.
