I know I have asked the question about antibiotics and after a 2 week course don't think they affected my weight loss at all.

I have now been advised to start on vitamin tablets. I have:-

    • Multibionta Immune Support Probiotic Multivitamin
    • Ester-C (non acidic)
    • Cranberry Fruit Concentrate with Vitamis C & E
Do you think these will effect my weight loss? Any ideas or experiences?

Can't answer your question I'm afraid as I don't know.

Well, I do know that you will continue to lose fat even with these items added, but can't tell whether ketosis will continue or if it will make you hungry.

Who suggested you took these, and did they realise that the products already had 100% vits in them?

Thank you very much for your reply KD, I knew I could rely on you :).

I had surgery 8 weeks ago (I have cleared CD with the Doctor's so no problem) and the Doctors suggested I take them for an immune system boost. I catch everything going. I can cope with not being in ketosis. I've been on CD SS for 29 days now so my body is used to the lack of food. I've only really eaten once and that was on Saturday for a picnic and all I had was protein. Anyway, I think I will take the Immune system ones and the Vit. C but not take the Cranberry ones becasue they are pure Cranberry concentrate and may have sugar etc. in. I will give it a shot, but thanks for kindly replying
