Viva's Man Plan Diary 2 st 10lb to lose. Let's do this

Hi Everyone,

I am embarking on Exante's Man Plan today. I did Exante a little while back but didn't stick to it for too long. At my heaviest i was 15 1/2 stone and through diet and exercise i am now 12.10.
I have decided to go down the meal replacement route as i like the structure of it and don't have to think about it too much.
I have ordered a mix of shakes and bars and just had my first product of lemon cheesecake shake which was very nice. I'm looking forward to my dinner later of lean chicken breast and veg

Today will look like this
Breakfast; Lemon Cheesecake Shake
Lunch: Cookies and Cream Shake
Dinner; Chicken Stir fry with Broccoli and Mange tout
Supper; Choc Orange Bar
2 cups of coffee with skimmed milk
