Hello * waves* I am a newb here!
To keep it short and sweet I have found this amazing, super yummy Soy Drink in Tescos that is currently only 90p and I am wondering whether it can be used a healthy option or not. I have seen some soy drinks like alpro where upto 300ml can be classed as a healthy option so I have my fingers, toes and eyes crossed that this could be classed like that aswell. But if it is not, how many syns would you say it was? ( I have worked out 3 syns per 100ml, but a second opinion would rest my mind!)
Here is a link to the Tesco website with all the nutritional info
Vivesoy Soy Cappuccino Drink 1Ltr - Groceries - Tesco Groceries
I have been googling my heart out and have found no info at all so fingers crossed someone here can help me?
Thank you!
Lynz xx
