Hello, I'm relatvely new to this game so was wonderin if you experts could lend a hand, please?
Subject headings; exercise, listerene strips, alcohol, so many questions.
Can you exercise? Will it slow down weight loss? How much is safe to do?
Can you have Listerene mint strips?
Can you drink alcohol? Does it knock you out of ketosis?

Hi Yeye

I'm no expert, i'm sure a cdc will answer you shortly. From my experience Alcohol is a big no no. Just avoid it, I believe it knocks you out of ketosis, plus it's very high in calories!

Listerine strips, not sure. I think I read on here a while ago that you can have them, but get that clarified first:)

Exercise, again not 100% sure. Think you need to be careful for the first couple of weeks. Then you can introduce it. Again, get that clarified.

You should give your body a few weeks to get into ssing before taking up exercise, you dont really need to exercise but if you feel you want too, listen to your body and dont go mad. You may feel light headed if you go mad.

Can you have Listerene mint strips?

Yes you can, the chemist I got my lipotrim from sold them !

Can you drink alcohol? Does it knock you out of ketosis?

No alcohol Im afraid, it will knock you out of ketosis and then be back to square one undoing all your hard work.

Hope that helps

No, exercise won't slow down your loss unless you don't drink enough water and end up dehydrated - make sure you drink plenty extra if you're working out and you'll be fine.
