W2 WI :(

    After a flying start last week of 8lbs I am a little disappointed as only lost 2.5lbs this week :(

    Still must focus on the fact it was still a loss and hope for a better W3 result.

    2.5lbs is still great though - and like you say still a loss. And 10.5lbs in two weeks is fantastic! Only 3.5lbs and you will have lost a stone...

    Stick with you and I bet you will be smiling at next weeks weigh in :eek:

    Thanks MrMojo...........I am secretly hoping for 1 stone in the first 3 weeks!!!!!!! After that I would be delighted with 1 Stone every 4 weeks. :)

    For some reason 2lbs or so seems really common week 2 - and then 4-5lbs week 3! Maybe its our bodies adjusting to the new diet?

    Thanks LED, only 2 more days before W3 WI....fingers crossed for at least 3.5lbs to make a 1 stone loss!
