Hi,
Can anyone tell me how many syns are in a waffle basket (like you put ice cream in?!) I raided the cupboard and found a box and ate 3 (approx 50g) - they were very nice but now I need to syn them!!
In 100g there are 396cal, 6.6g protein, 84.4g carbohydrate and 3.5g fat.
