Wagamama Syns, sorry if this has been asked before!

So I ended up in Wagamama today (and I was going to be so good!!)

I had the salmon teriyaki soba (noodles & salmon with veg) without the sesame seeds but I did have sauce.

How many syns should I count this as on EE? I've found online that it's about 440 cals, if this helps, but apart from the oil/sauce it's free foods?

I'd say just the oil and sauce as syns. do you have the full nutritional info?

Unfortunately I can't find the full info, they don't have it on their website

But the whole thing is approx 22 Syns so I thought I'd reckon 10 to be safe?! I'm so bad at this!!!
