WAGON...JUST FELL OFF!!!

Hi ppl
had a fall off the wagon today. Had a really tiring week and have been on totm now for almost 2 weeks and am exhausted...then had some really really bad news about my dad. Was at home on my own and really upset couldnt get hold of any friends to come give me a shoulder to cry on and i gave into my old temptation...food. I had 2 satsumas and a weight watchers ready meal....am really not proud of myself and now feel incredibly guilty and am sat here crying and beating myself up and now expect to gain weight this week....any help????
Oh i had about 12 nuts as well.....
Ashamed and have let myself down xxxxxxx

hi, i think best thing you can do is not beat yourself up about it, its happened, just forget about it and move on... i suppose its just one of those things, your only human and sound like you've had a pretty bad week.... i just think if you dwell on it, you might make yourself feel so bad that it happens again.... honestly, just wake up tomorrow and think its a new day xx

Sorry you have had bad news hun about your dad, please dont beat yourself up about the blip though as its not worth it & will only make you feel worse & probably eat again (as we all know that demon is a sod when we are down).
You are only human & I dare say there are tonnes of Lipotrimmers that have fallen off the wagon a time or 2.
All you can do is wake up tomorrow & its a new day & dont worry about what has been done cos you cant change it you can only try not to do it again. Take each day as it comes & GOOD LUCK :)

Well being i fell of the wagon myself this afternoon (bacon and ham) I feel sick and frustrated!

Satsuma....maybe it will knock you out of ketosis not sure, someone will know. either way we have no choice but to start again tomorrow

I suggest we carry on and knuckle down, heard somewhere that it takes 21 days to from a habit, so lets just 3 sets of 7 days of not eating food no matter what. Then the matter is out of our hands we will have the habit of packs and water.

Remeber how you feel now and try not the start the ball rolling by eating as it only ends in feeling crappy about yourself by eating

dont worry about it hun! what u ate isnt as bad as me- i feel off the wagon big style one day last week i had:

toffees
ham and cheese croissant
choc brownie
garlic cheese bread
onion rings
fahjitas
flapjack toffee pudding with ice cream


all in 2 meals!

and i lost half a pound still- so dont worry about it- it could have been a lot worse! just get back on the wagon tomorrow x

i agree totally and as for the habit thing, i'm in week4, well monday is my 4th wi and tbh its a breeze now, keep going everyone, your doing great x

Babe it happens, important thing is to learn from it. Yoo did'nt have a big chipper and a kfc bucket so you should be ok.

Drink your water and your shakes and report to me for a spanking :p

Firstly, sorry to hear about your dad!

You may not gain this week...but dont be suprised at a little loss!

Go for a long, fast walk this sould help you clear your head and get rid of some of the cals you put in!

Drink lots of water and focus on getting back into ketosis!

You have found one of your triggers to food... you now need to learn how to deal with stress without eating x x
Chin up .... chill and hope your dads ok xx

Keep your chin up

Sorry to hear that you're having such a bad day - hard enough on a diet without coping with bad news as well - it's only a blip and trust me, when I've fallen from grace it's been for a heck of a lot more than a ww meal and a satsuma - trust me, you'll be fine but allow yourself some you time today to cope with what you've got on - when you can't get hold of your friends, ever thought of calling in some guardian angel help - sounds mad I know but I recently went to a holistic centre and the lady there was going on about everyone having a guardian angel and you can call on your angels at any time - weird maybe - helpful yes!

Here's to better news on your dad and remember, you cannot change what happened but you can be sure you can influence what you will do from here on out.

thanks everyone for ur help and advice....just struggling a bit at the mo and everyones right...food = devil lol. worse when its an emotional time though isnt it. again big thanks to everyone and ur all right today is a new day. back up and at them as they say!!!!

Hey look on the brightside at least u didnt loose ur knickers and make a a dick out of yourself on strongbow.... now that would be something to be ashamed of! ;) lol

one of my main problems is comfort eating trying really hard to realise that when im feeling down eating 3 strawberry tarts wont make me feel any better in fact it will just make things worse.its not easy though hope you can get back on track and hope your dad will be ok.

You know you have made a boob but the best thing for you to do is dust yourself off and climb straight back on the wagon!

thanks everyone....still no news on dad and i just writ the whole weekend off but woke up this morn took a long hard look in the mirror (naked - ugh yuk) and asked myself how much do i want this???? and the answer was 2 shakes, a horrid soup plus chilli flakes , 4 black coffees and 6 litres of water. up and at them laydees....again thanks for the fab support dont no what i would do if it was not for everyones encouragement xxxx
