really, oh no!!! Been leaving my last shake to as late as possible at night so im not so grumpy watching the tv lol! Was hoping it would happen all the time xxx

Oddly enough it only happens when i have my shake "later"....maybe because i hold out for it so when i do have it i feel like i'm really needing it....hm x

I find the tetras leave me feeling full not in a volume but a density way. I hope that makes sense!
