Waitrose 1.5% Fat free Cottage Cheese

Hi guys

I've tried searching, but can anyone tell me if the 1.5% fat free cottage cheese from waitrose is free?? Just eaten a whole pot for lunch and am now worried I'll be screwing up my Sat WI

Just pulled the tub out of the bin and it's actually called: essential waitrose natural cottage cheese 1.5% Fat

There are 78 calories per 100g and the pot is 300g

Saved by an angel on Twitter, seems the cottage cheese is 1 syn per 100g - so three was not so bad!! Left me to enjoy two low fat sausages with dinner and even a new aero biscuit at 5 syns!!!!

They are yummy!!
