Have you ever tried making your own microwave chips ? They're dead easy to make and syn free on a green/EE day (assuming you don't eat them ALL day EVERY day LOL )

I slice floury potatoes into thin crisps (about 2-3mm thick) spray them with some fry light then zap them in the microwave on 900W for about 3 mins, then turn them over and sprinkle them with some salt and onion powder before cooking them for a further 4 -5 mins or so (just keep checking them regularly and take them out just as they start to take on some colour).

They're really good :D
