    Hi,

    Thought I would start a food diary, have been on SW for 2 weeks and lost 5.5lb. For some reason I still feel like I'm doing it wrong lol - have been following EE - feel free to comment if it looks right or wrong - will start from today so will update tonight lol.

    Starting weight : 15st 6lb
    Week 1 : 15st 3lb (-3lb)
    Week 2 : 15st 0 1/2 (-2 1/2lb)

    Finally got a chance to get on here and put up my food diary. Had a couple of bad EE day's purely because hardly any food in the house and no money to buy any :eek:(

    Thursday 30/06/11
    Breakfast: Mullerlight over strawberries

    Snack: SW bar (HEB)

    Lunch: Low fat super noodles with salad (Tomatoes, Jumbo Spring Onion, Pepper, Grated Carrot)

    Snack: 1 Scan Bran with 28g Extra Light Philidelpha (2.5 syns)

    Dinner: SW 3 colour carbonara (pasta, bacon, peas, quark, egg yoke, cabbage, mushrooms & tomatoes)

    Syns: Echo Falls Spritzer 5.5

    Total syns : 7.5 but no HEA eeeeek

    Friday 01/07/11

    Breakfast: 2 x warburtons wholemeal bread (400g loaf) HEB, 1 tsp Flora Light (2 syns), marmite

    Lunch: Mugshot
    Irish Diet Yogurt over strawberries and banana

    Snack: Bowl of SW Superspeed soup

    Dinner: SW Beef Kofa Curry, boiled rice and frylight mushrooms

    Syns: 187ml of medium white wine (est. syns 7.5)

    Total syns: 9.5 (but again no HEA)

    Saturday 02/07/11

    Breakfast: Irish Diet yogurt over strawberries and a banana

    Lunch: Chicken and boiled egg salad (lettice, tomatoes, pepper)

    Snack: SW bar (HEB), banana

    Dinner: Jacket potato, 42g RF Cheddar (HEA), Homemade Pork and Apple Burgers (Extra Lean Pork Mince, golden delious apple grated into mince, salt/pepper), salad (Lettice, tomatoes, pepper, red onion)

    Syns: 3 tbsp Hellmans Extra Light Mayo (1.5), 187ml Rose wine (est. syns 7.5)

    Total Syns: 9

    Breakfast: 2 egg omelette fried in fry light, 2 big tomatoes fried in frylight and 1/2 tin baked beans

    Snack: Banana

    Lunch: Super Speed Soup with 2 x Hovis Wholemeal bread (400g loaf) HEB, 1 teaspoon Flora Light (2 syns)

    Snack: SW bar (6 syns)

    Dinner: chicken breast, SW wedges, huge salad of 2 different lettuces, tomatoes, red onion, pepper and 42g RF cheddar (HEA), 2 tbsp Hellmans Extra light Mayo (1 syn)

    Snack: banana, Irish diet yogurt

    Total syns : 9

    Breakfast: Strawberries with Irish Diet Yogurt

    Morning Snack: Banana

    Lunch: Superspeed soup with 2 x Hovis Wholemeal Bread (400g loaf) (HEB), 1 tsp Flora Light (2 syns)

    Afternoon Snacks: Banana, SW Lemon Bar (5.5 syns), 2 x necterines

    Dinner: SW Cottage Pie (from EE cookbook) with extra carrots and green beans

    Dessert: 1/2 fresh pineapple with some fat free natural yogurt

    Total syns: 7.5 but no HEA

    Today I feel fantastic ! Only lost 5.5lb but wore a pair of jeans today that 2 weeks ago I couldn't do up !

    Loving SW :eek:)

    Breakfast

    Strawberries with Irish Diet Yogurt over the topa

    Lunch:
    Superspeed soup, 2 x Hovis Wholemeal Bread 400g loaf (HEB), 1 tsp Flora Light (1 syn although all week I've thought it was 2 so result, lol)

    Snacks: 1/2 banana (left over from 3 year old son), Necterine, SW Bar (6 syns)

    Dinner: Chicken Breast wrapped in Bacon with 42g RF cheddar (HEA), 2 tbsp of Jack Daniels BBQ sauce (2 syns), boiled potatoes, green beans, carrots, peas.

    Snack: Banana

    Total Syns: 9
