    Hi! Thanks for having a look at my diary

    Let me tell yo abit about me, Im 28 years old living in kent with my 3 gorgeous sons and my partner.

    I have been trying to loose weight for about a year now,i was on weight watchers but i just didnt seem to be getting on with it towards the end and found myself lossing and gaining the same pound for weeks and weeks it gets so dis-heartening. I am loving the plan but just find it really hard to control my sweet tooth and i find once i give in i find it quite hard to stop! My 1st weight in i lost a pound ,i was happy but if i completly honest i would have like a bit more to have come off but we all want that really dont we ? My weigh in yesterday was not good as i fell off the wagon big time in the week:break_diet: but that was last week and this is this week,its no good getting upset about what you cant change. So here is my diary please please please feel free to coment,advise or just say hi,would be lovely to hear from you !

    Thursday, green day

    Breakfast
    x2 zero % yougurts and a plum

    Lunch
    Quorn pepered steak,boiled rice, massive salad,beetroot,tomatoes.

    Dinner
    Gammon,egg, sw chips and side salad

    Snacks
    1 sugar in tea at friend 1 syn (no splenda)
    lindt lindor egg 9 syns

    Total 10 syns

    Hea milk for teas

    No 2nd hea or heb's,naughty i know


    Friday 23rd Red day

    Breakfast
    2 weetabix Heb and milk (syned) and plum

    lunch
    Bacon,mushroom,onion and cheese (hea) omlette

    Dinner
    Cajen salmon,potatoe salad (heb) lettice,tomatoe,beetroot and cucumber.

    syns
    3 for milk for breakfast

    Hea Milk for teas

    snacks
    zero% yougurt
    celemintine

    Have a few syns left for a chocolaty treat after dinner :eek:)

    Ended up have 1 tablespoon of light mayo on my potatoe salad so 2 syns and had 2 weight watchers carrot cake slices 7 syns for both brining syns total 12

    Also had snack of 3 slices of wafer thin ham and zero yougrt

    40 views and no comments ?! Come on dont be shy ! I had a sneaky weight this morning and i have lost 2lbs ! Just hope i can keep that off for thursday :)

    Will do my menu later on,as i havent put it all together properly just yet

    How is everyone ? Anybody got anything nice planned for the weekend ? x

    You can have 2 heas for your milk and cheese so no need to count syns unless of course you measured it and used it all. You also missed your 2nd heb on Friday. Do you like cereal bars? I find if I've 1heb left in the evening that helps my sweet tooth and doesn't cost me precious syns.

    Hope that helps a bit

    Hi knitter thanks for the comments, I normally use all my milk allowance in my teas and really wanted cheese on my omlette thats why i syned for it. I havent really tried cereal bars i tried alpen chocolate and orange but i didnt think it was all that is there any you would recommend ?

    Saturday 24th green day

    Breakfast

    omlette again !Bacon (heb) onion and mushrooms

    WW carrot cake slice (syned 3.5)

    Dinner
    garlic sauce and seafood selection (Syned 5) mixed in with pasta
    ww carot cake slice (Syned 3.5)

    Hea milk for teas and had 1.5L of water as allways

    Total 15 syns

    I love the fudge Alpen lights and have recently discovered the Kelloggs fibre plus bar. Not keen on the texture, there seems to be soggy rice crispies in there somewhere but there is lots of lovely chocolate on them. The most surprising thing is they are a heb for one or 5.5 syns. I don't always need to use my syns on choccy if I've got one of these in the evening.

    Do try to vary what you are eating as you may get bored and quit. Keep looking through the recipes section or oher food diaries for inspiraton.

    Keep going, you are doing well.

    not too hungry so had a slice of cheese(hea) on toast(heb) and pickle

    later on I had 1 slice of marmalade on toast(1 syn for margarine and 1/2 for marmalade)

    Dinner
    Chicken,roast potatoes,roast parsnips(roasted in fry light),stuffing(2 syns),brocoli,carrots,oxo gravy

    pudding was
    2 meringue nests (6 syns),strawberrys and spray cream(1 syn)

    Hea milk for teas

    only 500 mls of water

    2 slices of wholemeal toast(heb) with marmalade (2 syns for margarine and 2 for marmalade)

    Lunch
    Pitta pizza,wholemeal pita (Heb) tomato puree (1/2 syn) bacon,onions and cheese (Hea)

    dinner
    Gammon salad (lettuce,cucumber,beetroot,carrot and tomatoes)

    Hea milk for teas as allways !

    1.5 l of water

    Plenty of syns left over for something nice later

    3 fizzy cherry cola bottles 1 1/2 syns

    What a gorgeous day ! Makes it so much easier to eat all the right things doesnt it ?!

    Morning ! This morning was weigh in and i lost 4lbs this week ! needless to say im delighted ! :eek:)

    Jacket potatoe with bean feast mexican chilli

    Dinner
