Want to achieve target by Xmas

Hi I want to achieve my target by Xmas, I have my holiday booked for 6 weeks time and have been working hard on shifting it, to-date I nearly at my Club 10 & 1 1/2 stone award xx

B: roll 28g (B), bacon medallions x 2, egg, keptchup (1)
L: chicken, baby leaf lettuce, ff vinegarette, feta cheese (A), pkt fridge raiders chicken bits (2.5)
D: gammon steak (no fat), baked beans, rustic chips (2)
S: fruit, fridge raiders (2.5)
W: 2 litres
E: Jillian Michaels 6 week abs DVD level 2

I have not eaten enough veg today (as none in), need to make up for it tomorrow ??

If you see anywhere I'm going wrong please mention it ?
