Want to loose weight? - Just relax

I think I'm quite a relaxed person already. It's just that I used to relax with a cup of tea and bar of chocolate....
 
Thanks for posting! interesting read. I wish I had time to relax and do yoga. Ive tried it on wii-fit but I dont think it worked!
 
Yep. Isn't it something to do with the cortisol hormone (if I remember rightly!).

Psychologically, relaxing can really help you keep on track. Can be so much harder when you put heaps of pressure on yourself.
