Well done you Look fab. Can't believe you are loosing weight so quickly.
I've just had my week 4 WI and lost 9lb in total.
Can i ask what your menu's are like etc
Feeling bit demotivated and need inspiration.

We went to Haven combe recently and in your last pic it looks like youre in our caravan thingy!! Where was that?

Hey that's great still. Not sure why I'm losing so quick other than I was told earlier in the year I had borderline underactive thyroid and by losing weight it's kickstarted it ?? Not sure . I do try and pack in plenty of superfree everyday keep syns to around 7 per day everyday . Today ive had a green day
Breakfast activia yoghurt melon & strawberries
Snack satsuma & hifi light bar (half heb)
Lunch 2 egg omelette made with hea cheese tomatoes and onions . A pile of beetroot 2 ryvita crackerbread ( other half heb) a kiwi and a bit more melon
Dinner a pack of ainsley harriott cous cous 1.5 syns with roasted veg ( mushrooms onions mixed peppers tomatoes courgettes) followed by sugar free jelly 0.5 syns
Snack tonight will be natural yoghurt mixed with options 2 syns and hifi mint bar heb
Oh and I've had 5 mugs green tea :)
Really must start my food diary again

It was haven caister nr great Yarmouth :)
