Want to start swimming..anyone near folkestone that I could go with

Hi,I really want to tone up,if anyone knows of the Burstin Hotel,they do a day pass which is £5.00 I am told this includes use of the pool,gym and sauna.I really want to go but dont want to go on my own,if anyone is in the same position please let me know.
