I do a mix of all three plans and it's usually dependant on what I fancy eating on any particular day.
So, say I fancy some comfort food because it's cold and miserable out., then I might choose to have a lovely green day stuffed with cheesy pasta, cheesy jacket potatoes with beans or just plain cheese. I love cheese so usually use about 3 of my HEXS on it during a green day and forgo any meat or fish.
Red days are usually when I'm feeling really hungry and want to up the protein to make myself feel fuller. On these days I substitute jacket potatoes with roasted squashes and use cauliflower rice instead of the real stuff. It's nice to be able to have 2 x B and 2A choices as it's quite freeing to be able to have cereal for breakfast AND a sandwich at lunch for example.
Give it a bash - if you don't like it then it's only one day and you can switch straight back to EE the next day.
