looks good so far, just make sure you dont consume crisps everyday with your lunch as they dont have any nutrional value at all, and they are high in saturated fat.

maybe alternate your days, with one day crisps, one day fruit etc.

thank you I know i should never have bought that multi pack the other week but I cnat help eating them ,I really need to up the fruit and veg ill buy more on friday when we go shopping just trying to eat what we have in the house at the moment :eatdrink051:
 
same as, shopping is sooo bloody expensive at the moment, were trying to eat everything we buy. lol..... just trying not to buy any treats, cuz if i know its there, ill eat it. im like a food monster. haha.
 
same here dp is sat eating 2 packs as we speak I have resisted :)
 
need to add my menu for today yet will prob have to do it in the morning had a busy day today so online late grrrrrr dp wanting to do some work so :sigh:
