Can these be used as a HEb on EE? They say they are a high source of fibre so I think they should

You could make a syn-free one with a Co-Op Wholemeal pitta? That's what I do

I wish these were a HEB choice.
i use coop wholemeal pittas though and have a syn free pizza xxx
