Hi, does anyone know the syns for the new Warburtons Winter Loaf?
Can you post the nutritional information and the first ingredient on the ingredient list? If so, we can put it into the SW calculator.
The website says it is 92 calories a slice so I would probably count it as 4.5 syns a slice.
Hi! Thanks everyone, here's the nutritional info:
Energy: 389KJ/ 92 kcal
of which sugars: 6.8g
of which saturates: 0.2g
First ingredient on list: wheat flour.
Thanks ^_^ xx
We'd need to know the weight of a slice before we could work it out but i've played around with different weights and they are coming out as 4.5 syns.
What is it like? Why Winter loaf?
It's a fruit loaf rather than just a bread, and has sultanas, currants and spices in it.
Thanks everyone, really appreciate it- they're pre-cut slices anyway, so I can watch my syns! ^_^ xx
ooh that sounds yum but then id have to add butter
Ah - not for me then. I don't like dried fruit at all. (Quite convenient at this time of year - I don't get tempted by Christmas Cake or Mince Pies!!)
