    Hi can you have Warburtons orange or blue bread as a HE? If so how much? If not how many syns? Thanks.

    You can have 57g any wholemeal bread. Sorry I don't know which warburton's loaves you are referring to when you say the orange or blue ones.

    It's White bread just different thickness.

    Sorry but white bread isn't a HEB - it has to be wholemeal. Although if you can find the white nimble that has added fibre and 2 slices count as a HEB.

    We buy the orange one and it's deffo wholemeal (400g loaf size)
