Warm chicken and Bacon Salad

a ww recipe that i love and realised is also sw friendly too.

1 chicken breast per person,chopped
couple rashers of bacon,chopped
cherry tomato's,halved
balsamic vinegar

Fry the chicken in frylite ( or a little olive oil) when its mostly cooked add the bacon,when the bacon is mostly cooked add the tomaotes. Finally add a good slug of balsamic vinegar-to your taste-and let it de glaze the pan.
meanwhile wash and chop the spinach and place on a plate,pour the hot chicken and bacon mixture over the top,which wilts the spinach
