Was today Green?

I've been doing EE for months and have always been a bit nervous about trying the other plans, but I think today turned green on its own lol and I really fancy another HEB...

So.. breakfast - fruit/yogurt, wh/m toast and tea with milk from HEA

Lunch.. noodles and stir-fried veg

Dinner.. 1 pork medallion with left over noodles and stir-fried veg.

Is that green? Is the idea of green all the carbs you want, plus fruit and veg, but just syn the meat and have an extra HEB?

It could be green, but you wouldn't be able to have another HEB as the pork would have been your second one if it were the right weight. Probably easier to call it ee as I'm guessing you didn't weigh the pork out first which you really should do if using meat as a HE


or yeah you could syn the meat, but do you know the syn value of pork on green.

If you'd not had syns on this day, I'd suggest still calling it ee and synning the extra B choice you want
