i started sw again on wed, iv been really gud and been eatin lots of free food :D im out 2moro day from really early until god knows wat time and iv been keepin syns to go towards it, between wed and tommorrow i will have approx 35 syns, i think i wil b fine with the food aspect its just drink!do u think il stil have a good chance of losin on tues if i drink?xx

Of course you do hun, if you have only had 35 syns so far, then you have lots left. Just try to give yourself a budget of how many you are prepared to spend on drink tom and save some for the other days? I find that if i plan(i dont always manage to stick to it)how many to spend then i dont go too far wrong on my night out! have a good time xx

Not really a drinker but flexi or saving syns doesn't really work for me but does for others.
Main thing to remember is that life goes on and the plan has to fit into your lifestyle but if you keep a limit in mind and stick with it then theres no reason not to have a loss.....perhaps have a non alcoholic drink inbetween as its going to be a long day....also too much drink may increase chance of eating more.

thank u :)as u say lifes goes on and this is only nite our for few weeks just really wanna lose as my first wk bak on plan!iv actually only used 18.5 syns frm wed so done quiet well and hopin il be ok!if i keep eatin free food and superfree food from sun to tues u think itl help?xx

yeah i had 3 on day one 5 yday and 11 and half today :)just wanted to cut back as i new id be drinkin..

mmmm my bf wud fil my glass lol!im just gna hope for the best!

I ALWAYS do this at the weekends. I'm a student so I do out and drink a lot either friday or saturday every weekend (I know I'm making myself sound wonderful lol!)

I do 100 syns a week. So I take out 30 for alcohol -which is approx 15 vodka and diet cokes (bit more coz vodka is 2.5) - definitely an over estimate of what i'd actually drink! But I keep it there incase someone buys me a shot I dont know the syn value of or something.

If I'm having a stricter week i'll decuct 30 from what ever number I chose and that will be my syns for the week.

I've always lost weight doing this - what stops you from losing weight isnt spirits (maybe wine or beer), it's what spirits make you eat! Munchies...that kebab van...HANGOVER MUNCHIES are my biggest downfall! I'm trying to focus on dealing with them at the moment!

Erm, I hope you don't mind me saying this but for the benefit of us oldies on the board could you go easy on the text speak? I know I and a lot of others here find it really difficult to read and I'd hate to think messages didn't get replied to for that reason. Sorry :eek:
