Water Aerobics

    Ok..... i have made the decision im gonna go and do a class at my local pool. I really wanna start doing some excercise to help with my weigh loss, and also to help me get fitter.

    I have always loved swimming and because i still have tons more weight to loose, walking and jumping around has it toll on my joints. I feel a bit aphrehensive about getting into a cossie....but what the hell!!! Im not going for nobody but me.

    Need to go find a swimming cossie to buy now lol

    Hey gg,

    The important thing you have to remember is that you are doing this for you ..... b*llocks to what anyone else thinks.

    Everyone going to water aerobics is there for the same reason - to exercise and get themselves in shape. I say good on you for giving it a go!! :D

    If I could sqim I'd go to a class .... but I'm a little scared of drowning LOL!!!

    Hey hun! you dont need to be able to swim to do it, ive just ropped my mum into it and she cant swin either lol Was reading on the pools website that the water comes up to your waist, or just above.

    Think i will book a class for next week, will let you know how it goes :)
