Water and weight loss

    If you don't drink enough water for a few days and you have no loss and then start drinking plenty do you get a bigger loss?

    Im not sure that makes sense, but hopefully someone will understand it.

    I overdid the water and held alot of water, as in water retention around my stomach, i had 32 pints in 4 days, so i personally would advise you to take it slow, if before this diet you hardly drank water, then wheen yourself on maybe 4 then 6 pints a water a day!

    Im in week 7, but the last couple of days I haven't drunk enough and also haven't lost anything. Wondered if its recoverable?

    it is recoverable fizzy. just go back to your previous drinking habits over the next few days and the water will drop off :)
