water and weightgain

    ive been strugglin with water past couple of days, does not having 2lters+ make you put on weight? :confused: i need to start downing it x

    they sat that if you dont drink enough water then you retain water so in order to stop retaining you must get glugging hun,dont know if thats 100% but im sure someone will be on to tell you if im wrong

    There's a post/sticky which tells you all about drinking lots of water. I'll see if I can find it for you.

    It's a sticky at the top by Icemoose. I think it would really help encourage you to get glugging that water.
