Well looking at the scales this week is a disapointment to say the least, my scales say I have gained a lb yet stuck to the plan....:cry:

I therefore intend to up the water!

I have set myself a personal challenge which you are welcome to join!

Before I take/eat/drink a pack I must drink 1 litre of water!

It's actually easier than i thought...?
I bought a litre bottle of water from boots (which doesnt look too scary in size to be honest) and have to drink the whole bottle before each pack of food (Food..?)

I'm going to do this until next Sunday in hope that my weight starts to melt away.. Feel free to join if you fancy an increase in water!

Hiya, I'm in please.

I already drink 4 litres in between my packs but I really need to up it as I think it will help with my losses.

It will be a struggle until my class Tuesday night as I have run out of flavourings, but bring on the challenge.

I am going to go for 5 litres starting tomorrow! xx

Great idea!!
I'm having trouble drinking more than 2 - 2 1/2 litres a day, so drinking a litre before every pack sounds like a good strategy. :tear_drop::tear_drop::tear_drop:

Sounds good... like the idea of this challenge...

Just one thing worth remembering... the water is most beneficial to our bodies when it is sipped in a continual, steady way throughout the day... After all, the reason we are drinking it, is to get maximum benefit for our bodies, and our weight loss, so this fact is not to be sniffed at... ;)

So, although drinking a litre before each pack is great, as any water is better than none... sipping continually, as if you were trying to keep a water wheel steadily turning all day, is the recommended way in assisting health, and weight loss... :)

Just my 2p's worth... hope you don't mind me mentioning... :D

I didnt have my first pack until 12:30 today as I didnt finish my first litre until then, I'm glad I drank first to be honest I usually have a pack first thing as its 'routine' but I think my body was actually asking for a drink..?

Right day 1 of the water challenge for me, 5 litres plus packs bring it on.

Pink's - loving the profile pic, gorgeous! I sip water all day like you said I couldnt get it down otherwise lol xx

Ok, if nothing else running to the loo every 3 minutes is going to help with dropping some pounds. Damn you Lozz!

So far have had 400mls water, then banana/coffee hot shake for breakfast with 700mls, then 400ml chaser. So according to my calcs that is plus 1.3litres.

Oops, gotta dash...

Me too... 4 litres plus packs, plus teas n coffees (decaf ;)) must be 5+, the last litre is defo the hardest!

I managed yesterday by including my last shake in my water count!! I know that's not the point but going from 1.5 litres to 4 is still great for me. Struggling today tho!!
I'm on my iPhone so can someone add my 1/7?
