Water challenge

Hello all
I really need to start drinking more water. I want to set up a challenge in which I (and other participants) can consistently over time replace the pop etc with clean healthy water, until that is the main source of our drinks. I was thinking of like a 5/5 challenge where we aim to drink 5 glasses/bottles a day for 5 days and when that's been conquered we can up the numbers or something? Would anyone be interested in trying this with me? I know I struggle to get it down but with some conscious effort and support I know it wood be a great benefit to my health :very_drunk:

I would love to give it a go. I don't think I've ever drank that much daily! I am trying at the minute but only average a few large glasses a day. If you are still up for it, I am too!
