Water Help Needed

Ok am a restarter and god am I struggling to get water down me. Had 1.7 litres and really can't face anymore. If I have a brew it has to have milk so how do you all do it? I know I need it or my head will rage and I am a buggar for retaining water
Is there something I am missing here on how to make it easy? Xx

I find the first few days a struggle and then (when I assume I am Ketosis..!!) I am actually thirsty - all of the time, and peeing - all of the time. So I guess it makes sense to be replacing all of the water. Are you having bars or Tetras at all? If you are, you really need to be drinking lots as they are denser. I don't think there is a 'tip' to drinking water, it just seems to get easier - or I seem to get more in the zone...

Not back in bars yet. I hate tetras yuck lol. I probably only drink a litre when I am nit CD ing and I have to write it all down when I am to keep count as I struggle so much. I need go out n buy some sparkling water tomorrow as I can tolerate that a bit better xx

Yeah if you know it works then try it and you may even like it!! Or there will be the option later in the plan for the flavourings which a lot of people seem to like x

Yes have some of that in as only been on higher plans for four weeks due to illness. Even that tastes yuck after a day lol. Am just a rubbish drinker xx

Have you tried breaking it down to smaller bottles? I only drink 500ml bottles now, 3 in the morning, 3 in the afternoon, and the rest is a bonus :D I'm a lousy water drinker and it helped me a lot! xx

That's good! If that can help: my CDC told me that if you drink the required amount of water, you lose faster (not to mention the fact that it is healthier and your body actually needs it to flush out the ketones :) )

Welcome back katie, sorry to hear you've been poorly. Do you have a desk at work? I fill up a big jug in a morning (about a litre and by lunch I'm filling it up again. Ketosis makes you feel the need to drink so give it a few days and you'll be gasping!!

i have a 1.5litre bottle at work and fill it up twice before 1.00pm....anything after that is a bonus but i do tend to get thru another two....just a greedy lady...will overdo it with water since i carnt use food like i use to!!! lol xx

I find I am constantly thirsty and try to curb it if anything as u hear so many horror stories with overdoin the water consumption etc.. x

I am starting to think I am weird now. Got 3 litres down me today but 250 of that was for a missed shake lol. I am crap and now in bed needing wee number four aghhhh xx

Lol it differs for everyone I drink loads and loads but want to. I don't push it down. 5l is getting to be the norm but that's me. As long as u have the required amount ur normal lol.x.
