Water - How much do you drink in a day?

Hi All!

I set myself a challenge this week, I know I only have the odd glass of water during the day as i'm quite a big tea and coffee drinker and with the 350ml's of milk that makes enough drinks to keep me going all day.

Since wed's however i've been having pints of water (or water with no added sugar squash) and trying to increase it day by day.

On wed's I had 3 pints and by fri I was having 5 but i'm stuck at that now, I just can't seem to get anymore in.

How much should I be aiming for?? How much do you drink and do you think it helps at all or just makes you feel better for drinking it really?? ;)

Depends on the kind of day i'm having. I usually try to drink between 6-8 glasses a day but if i've got a mad busy day on sometimes i'm lucky if I manage two!
I have one coffee when i get up then have about 4-5 pints of no sugar squah throughout the day but i make it quite weak.
I usually drink 4-5 litres a day but ive become accustom to that, i cant have a lot of dairy because i have pcos so i use almond milk or halloumi or parmesan for HEA i dont drink tea or coffee but i have a special drink that i have to help me medically to control my problems and helps me lose inches which makes you thirsty as it puts you into ketosis so i guess im use to drinking more water than other people.
