Water Intake Advice

I recently decided to try and drink more healthy to aid the weightloss. I currently drink the following during a working day.

1 mug of tea first thing in the morning.
1 mug of green tea at morning break.
1 mug of green tea at afternoon break.
1 litre of water throughout the day.
1 litre of water throughout the evening.

So you think this is enough fluid intake or should I try for more?

Thank god its any fluid, I hate water on its own...
I only drink squash LOL.. or tea or diet coke!

yeh thats plenty! I struggle to drink enough i've never had a lot of fluid intake. I always have a drink with my lunch and dinner but other than that i don't take anything. I am trying to make more of a conscious effort though. I dont ever struggle to drink when its a sat nite ;) xx

I used to really hate drinking water on its own but soon got used to it. For a few years now I have always had a bottle of water on my desk at work and sipped through that during the day. Now it's so routine I would miss it if I didn't have water on my desk. :)
